This is my favourite way to explore at low tides. It's way easier being on the flat sand instead of precariously balanced on jagged rocks covered with slippery seaweed. On Bandon Beach it's just a matter of walking around the rocks and sea stacks and looking at their bases. But it's important to always keep an eye on the waves, since it's easy to get cut off by the rising water levels as the tide starts to come back in. |
