This image of the Northern Point Light on tiny Brier Island is very deceptive. A storm has hit, with fierce winds and pouring rain. So I don a raincoat, and take a giant umbrella holding it sideways against the wind and horizontal rain to protect my camera. The storm could last a few days, so there's no point in sitting idly by waiting for it to pass. Photography proceeds like usual. |
