| Mount Robson, the highest mountain in the Canadian Rockies looms straight ahead. Mount Robson has the greatest vertical rise from valley floor to summit of any mountain in the Canadian and American Rockies - 3,100 metres. So, even though it's not as high as many of the mountains in the US Rockies, it 'looks bigger' because of the vertical rise from valley to summit. |
