I love Rose Blanche. It's always the first place we go to on Newfoundland, and the last thing we visit before we leave. This is the first sunny day in three weeks. They have been fogged in for the last 15 days. The lighthouse guide says the village is becoming less colourful every year as more and more people switch to standard coloured aluminum siding - mostly white - since it's a lot easier to maintain. |
