| Nick & Ainsley's wedding cake. Ainsley wanted hibiscus flowers, so I made royal icing hibiscus flowers in a variety of colours. Making the cake is a group effort; I make the flowers, bake the cakes, and make the icing. Marianne cuts and ices the cakes, and serves as "design consultant", while Mary does all the piping, decorating, and flower placements. |
