| The prairies are also home to pronghorn. Usually they stay well away from any roads, but the road in Badlands National Park is not that busy so maybe they venture closer to it. Pronghorn have bulging eyes, which seem to be especially prominent in the females since they don't have antlers to balance their facial appearance. |
